Dispatcher (HVAC)

• Pay Rate: $25-$27/hr
• Temp To Hire
• Location: Anaheim
• Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)

New opening for a Dispatcher, Service & Repair Administrator:

-Responsible for answering the phones, checking emails and providing customer service support and scheduling for our Service & Repair Team. (HVAC/Plumbing services)
-Reviewing contracts, and maintaining preventative maintenance schedules to ensure we are on task according to contracts for regular service.
-Being able to answer questions regarding services to customers and clients.

Requirements:
-2-4 years of previous dispatch experience with HVAC/plumbing subcontractors.
-Someone who can work fast paced and multitask --be the the right hand for the Service Manager.
-Experience with Sage Contractor 100 and SSO preferred
