Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Administer employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Support performance management processes and employee relations matters.
  • Manage HRIS systems, particularly ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist with benefits administration and payroll processing as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Expertise in ADP Workforce Now is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary up to $65K annually
