Job Description

Seeking a Supervisor for Substance Testing Program department. This candidate is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with DOT, FMCSA, state requirements, and industry contracts. Key duties include maintaining confidentiality, updating procedures, managing staff workflows, conducting training, and overseeing testing programs.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
* Update and maintain procedures.
* Manage staff workflows and conduct training.
* Review and approve time-off requests and timecards.
* Perform random drug and alcohol testing selections.
* Compile and review consortium MIS reports.
* Assist with DOT audit process.
* Inform Associate Manager of department status and achievements.
* Assist with various projects as requested.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
* Minimum 5 years office experience.
* Regulatory compliance experience, preferably in drug and alcohol testing.
* Transportation industry experience, preferably in Motion Picture and Television.
* Previous supervisory experience preferred.

STP Experience is required!
