Responsible for administering employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role involves managing benefits enrollment, processing claims, handling employee inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. The coordinator will work closely with employees, insurance providers, and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless benefits experience.
