Ultimate Staffing is looking for a professional Business Development Manager to represent a leading Wealth Management company in Orange County. This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for financial services and a talent for generating new business.

Location: Laguna Beach, CA

Position Overview: As the Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying and securing new clients for the firm. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the face of the company, presenting compelling reasons why clients should choose their services. This role requires a polished communicator and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients.
• Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain new business.
• Executive Collaboration: Collaborate with the CEO to align business development initiatives with his closing tactics.
• Persuasive Communication: Present the company's wealth management solutions in a clear and persuasive manner.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in sales and generating new business (MUST HAVE).
• Proven sales expertise with a strong ability to close deals (MUST HAVE).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• In-depth knowledge of financial services and wealth management.
• Polished, sharp, and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
