Benefits Coordinator
Responsible for managing and administering the employee benefits program within the organization. This includes ensuring that all benefits plans are well-documented, communicated effectively to employees, and managed in compliance with legal and company requirements. The role requires a strong understanding of benefits programs, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
