The HR Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for administering and managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, and other related benefits. This role requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
