Job Description

Spearhead sales initiatives and consistently provide performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
* Lead and manage a dynamic sales team of up to 6 members.
* Formulate and execute sales strategies tailored for VIP clients.
* Develop and refine sales strategies to consistently exceed monthly quotas.
* Oversee sales team budgets and enhance overall profitability to optimize revenue-to-cost ratios.
* Align company objectives with sales strategies to amplify sales volume and market presence.
* Guide team members through the sales pipeline, ensuring successful deal closures.
* Cultivate new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships within the multifamily industry.
* Identify potential clients, establish rapport with key decision-makers, and penetrate target
markets effectively.
* Expand sales opportunities within existing clientele by nurturing strong client relationships.
* Create and implement sales procedures and techniques to effectively promote,
demonstrate, and sell products.
* Understand customer requirements and expectations to recommend suitable products/solutions.
* Maintain and update the CRM database with prospect and customer contact details.
* Gather customer feedback to enhance product/service offerings and overall customer
experience.
* Conduct comprehensive performance reviews for team members on a regular basis.
* Actively participate in trade shows, product trainings, company meetings, and sales development programs.
* Enhance operational efficiency through CRM automation and integrations.
* Provide one-on-one sales training, professional development, and mentorship to sales team members.
* Facilitate sales meetings and oversee daily sales activities in line with departmental budgets.
