Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
  • Document all call information accurately and promptly in the customer service database.
  • Achieve and maintain performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-call resolution.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, and comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications, such as MS Office and customer service software.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Use of a computer and telephone for the majority of the workday.
