Location: West LA
Job Title: Client Success Manager
Remote or in Office: mostly work remotely (must be onsite on Thursdays). Welcome to be onsite more than one day a week, but that is the minimum.
Schedule: 9am - 6pm
Parking Details: provided
Duration: Direct Hire
Salary: $80k-$100k base salary plus benefits (90% of healthcare benefits covered by company & generous 401k match)
Environment: Business casual, team-oriented, cubicles, fully stocked kitchen. Company expanding into Australia, Japan, and UK
-Room for growth in this role!
-Some travel expected (no much in first year) but will be traveling to conferences, client sites for training, etc.

Job Description: The Client Success Manager will serve as the product expert, directly shaping customers' experiences within the software platform. You will build relationships with users, identify and solve issues, manage client change requests, and help drive product adoption. The Client Success Manager will be the primary point of contact for customers and users, and will work closely with the Product Development and Engineering teams to ensure the product roadmap aligns with client needs.

-Proactively interface with multiple levels of client management, building rapport and strong professional relationships
-Manage regular check-in calls to drive adoption, solve tactical issues, and identify product development/up-sell opportunities
-Work with customers to understand how best to use the services and provide valuable feedback to business and development teams
-Help clients better understand the full potential of the products
-Act as liaison between clients and the Product Development team
-Oversee technical implementation details for each client (business rules, data processes, etc.), and ensure up-to-date documentation
-Build presentation materials and present findings to small teams
-Lead web-based trainings, conference calls and in-person client meetings

Requirements:
-Bachelors Degree with business-oriented concentration (e.g., economics, marketing, finance, engineering)
-4+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 in a client facing/account management role
-Solid technical skills (Excel)
-Experience with V-LOOKUPS is a MUST
-Expertise with SQL, PowerPoint and Salesforce are beneficial
