Position Overview:

As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. Your responsibilities will include managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting guests, and handling various administrative tasks. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our office and delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Greeting visitors and ensuring they feel welcome.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assisting with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
  • Providing general support to colleagues and other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Monday through Friday - 8am-5pm
